So I haven’t received my item yet, but I can comment on a couple of things. First, when I placed this order I received 2 emails the first was confirmation of my order, saying I would be notified when shipped. The second email was notifying me that I left items in my cart which was what I had just ordered? A little confusing. The second comment and probably the most important one to me was communication! Now I have placed numerous orders with you in the past and have reached out to you with questions and within hours/minutes I received a response. I have even placed reviews on this before on what a great experience it was. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case this time. I emailed just to check that my order was taken and shipped as per the confirmation email, and there has been no reply. I placed my order April 15th and waited till April 22nd to contact you to inquire on my order as your courier ICS hadn’t updated anything. It’s April 24th now and the only email I’ve seen is this “How did we do” review email, nothing to do with my item or its location. I have no doubt it’ll get here, just the communication was so great before and this time it was non existent? Please don’t let this slip!
